Proclamation Request

Please read the guidelines below before submitting your proclamation request.

Proclamations are issued by Supervisor Monica Montgomery Steppe as a courtesy to recognize and honor individuals, organizations, businesses, and groups for their significant contributions to San Diego County and their communities. These proclamations are reserved for milestone occasions of exceptional importance.

Due to the high volume of requests, please submit the completed form at least two weeks prior to the date the proclamation is intended to be presented. All fields must be filled out and include suggested language for the proclamation to be considered.
